Rhode Island Firearm Owners' League (RIFOL) is a non-profit organization formed to provide a consistent and unified voice for law-abiding Rhode Island Citizens exercising their Second Amendment rights. We believe in a non-partisan, grassroots approach to advancing firearm owners' rights to enjoy all legal activities, including self-defense, competition, hunting, and recreational shooting.

With education, litigation, legislation, and partnering across the Second Amendment Community, RIFOL seeks to preserve and advance Rhode Island Firearm owners' rights as guaranteed by the United States Constitution and Article 1, Section 22 of the Constitution of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations.

Our partnership activities are essential; there are several organizations in Rhode Island focused on similar activities. However, due to Federal and state laws that govern these organizations' actions, each serves a critical role in our community.

RIFOL focuses on tracking legislation, election candidates, and communicating everything that is firearm-related in Rhode Island.
